Creamy, sweet, delicious, homemade ice cream made with just a few ingredients!
Indulge perfection with this summer favorite, fresh strawberry ice cream!
Made with fresh cream, ripe strawberries and a touch of pure vanilla, this creamy delight melts in your mouth, offering a burst of sweet, fruity goodness with every bite.
What makes it extra special? It's churned to silky smoothness and packed with chunks of juicy strawberries for that real fruit flavor in every bite!

Rinse and hull the strawberries. ~ "Hull" means to cut off the top green caps of the strawberries. Set the berries aside.

Cut the strawberries into smaller pieces. Use a hand held cuisinart food processor or blender to puree the strawberries. Keep the strawberry puree in the refrigerator until ready to use.

In a medium to large bowl, whisk the heavy cream, Half & Half and sweetened condensed milk together.

Add the sugar and vanilla. Whisk until smooth and no sugar crystals are present.

Pour the liquid mixture into a frozen Cuisinart ice cream maker bowl OR if you are using another type of ice cream maker, pour the cream liquid into that bowl/container.
Follow instructions/turn machine on (or start churning, if you have a self churn machine).

Half way through process, when the cream mixture starts to thicken a little, add the strawberry puree into the frozen bowl.

Continue letting the mixture churn in the machine until it becomes a "soft serve" consistency. Remove from machine and put into an airtight container with a lid.

Place the container in the freezer for about an hour.

Ice cream will stay fresh for up to 3-4 days. It will develop some ice on the top after a day or two, but the ice cream will still taste delicious!
