Description

Yummy pasta dinner with veggies, loads of chicken and kielbasa sausage in a creamy white sauce

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Chop a red bell pepper

  1. Chop a small white onion

  1. Chop 4-5 chives or green onion

  1. Slice 1/2 a kielbasa sausage

  1. Dice 1-2 cooked chicken breasts.

  1. Melt butter in saucepan, add veggies, garlic and seasonings. Saute until veggies are soft, around 3-4 minutes.

  1. Add meat and mix well

  1. Slowly add heavy cream, until veggies and meat are covered, about 1 - 2 cups.

  1. Bring to a simmer, cooking until sauce is thick, stirring occasionally. Sauce will bubble, that's okay.

  1. While the sauce is simmering, cook the pasta noodles. Drain and rinse noodles, put back into pan.

    Add the meat sauce to noodles and mix well.

     

  1. Dish up and top with parmesan cheese.

    Enjoy!
