This easy recipe can be made in less than 30 minutes
This fast and easy recipe will have them begging for more! A thick, tangy sauce makes this dish stand out with flavor. Add white sticky rice and a salad, and voila...dinner is served.
Preheat your air fryer or oven to 375 degrees. You can also use a pan on the stove top. Heat on medium heat. Add 1-2 Tbs. of oil, if using the pan on stove top.
Add frozen, lightly breaded, chicken chunks and cook according to package.

While the chicken is cooking, heat a wok or large frying pan (preferably with tall sides) on medium heat.
Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes or until softens.
Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute or until softens.

In a medium bowl, whisk the rice vinegar, honey, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, ketchup and brown sugar until well mixed.

Put the mixture into the wok or sauce pan.

Once chicken is finished cooking, let it sit on paper towel for a few minutes to drain any oils. If using an air fryer, this isn't neccesary.
Add the chicken to the sauce and gently combine until all the chicken chunks are coated.
Place on plate or bowl. Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.

Serve with sticky rice and a salad or veggie. I like Bilbo sticky rice from Costco. You simply lift the top film and microwave for 90 seconds. So easy!
