Instructions

  1. First, heat the oven to 350°. Butter (or spray) a large or two smaller loaf pans. Line the bottom of the pans with parchment paper.

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, aslt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and allspice. Set aside.

  3. In another bowl, whisk the sugars, oil, eggs, vanilla and pumpkin puree.

  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and whisk until smooth.

  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake at 350° for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  6. Remove from the oven and let cool in pan for 10 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack. Cool another 15-20 minutes. Ejoy!

    Wrap any leftovers in an airtight container or wrap in foil to keep fresh.
