Instructions

  1. Instructions

First, cream the butter and sugars together in a stand mixer.

  2. Next, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, powder and salt.

  3. Add the eggs to the butter/sugar mixture and mix well.

    Mix in vanilla.

  4. Slowly add the flour mixture until all ingredients are well incorporated.

  5. Place the pretzels in a sandwich size baggie. Using a rolling pin, carefully roll over the pretzels, crushing them into tiny pieces. Set aside.

  6. On low speed, slowly add the chocolate chips, caramel (or heath, or both) and pretzel pieces to the cookie dough.

Only mix until ingredients are combined, try not to overmix.

  7. Using a spoon or scoop, place dough on lined cookie sheets. Bake at 350° for 9-11 minutes or until tops and edges turn slightly brown.

  8. Remove from oven and let cool on pan for 5-7 minutes. Move to a cooling rack until cool enough to eat! Enjoy!
